Jacob was very helpful and the facility is very clean. Really great service. I am moving my mom to Atlanta to be closer to us and Metro Mini Storage is better than i couldve hoped for in this process. I really wish that I had such a great option for storage where I live in Atlanta, so I will be sorry to leave when the time comes. I have not found such a great storage facility to choose from at home or at least one with such great customer service, and I have shopped around several times before.

It’s been an 11 year run with Metro.
I’ve been through multiple managers and I have to say all have been accommodating and professional.
My last few years have been spent with Jacob. I can’t say enough to express my gratitude to him. Jacob has been a joy to work with on the once a month call in payment. He’s always a pleasure to talk with, sharing the maladies of the day, as well as the positives.
